Message	Energy absorber (foam thing) is probably a good option incase you bump something at low speed, but otherwise the bumper can be mounted PERFECTLY fine with all the original hardware. Both of my cars used the original hardware, save for energy absorber, and the 95 doesn't even have that. You can buy the ducts if you really want, but the stock ones aren't that hard to trim, and if your using coolers that don't use those ducts, it wont matter anyway. =]
